The company, which had raised $8.5 million in seed funding, struggled to find a sustainable business model and generate meaningful revenue. As part of a quiet exit in early April 2025, the marketing unicorn Yotpo agreed to integrate several of Coho's employees and cover some shutdown costs, while the company's intellectual property is still being considered for sale.
