While the firm attributes the move to strategic realignment of projects, processes, and people, sources link it to ongoing fundraising challenges and a slowdown in securing fresh capital. The layoffs occurred in early September 2025, with the 12-year-old company providing support such as career coaching and well-being sessions to affected staff. Despite a 25% revenue growth to ₹37.67 crore in FY24, losses widened to ₹60.88 crore, reflecting the pressures in the competitive AI and data intelligence sector.
