The company, which has raised over $20 million in venture funding, is cutting costs after discontinuing an online stock offering due to unfavorable market conditions. CEO Andrew D. Klein emphasized that Reynen Court is not shutting down but is instead seeking new investment to navigate the downturn. As a result, vendor services may experience delays, and the vendor portal has been temporarily suspended.
